My guest today is Susanne Stormer, Vice President of Corporate Sustainability and Chief Sustainability Officer at Novo Nordisk, a world-leading pharmaceutical company best known for its breakthroughs in diabetes treatment. Susanne leads the company’s corporate sustainability programmes, stakeholder engagement and communications.
I caught up with Susanne online from her office in Denmark. We talk about her love of words, communication, sustainability and being a bridge between a company and its ‘publics’. We discuss the changing communications landscape and what the challenges and opportunities it presents for creating an authentic business voice, as well as the necessity of resistance to driving meaningful change.
